A website is one part. Local Presence brings business information, discovery, enquiries and a practical owner routine together.
Demonstration, with clear boundaries. Blossom Brims is the customer design example. Its website preview is working; this walkthrough explains proposed support. It is not a live Google listing, registered-business certificate, shop or record of customer results.
PAID SERVICE / AGREED SCOPE & QUOTE
Get your business online. Learn to keep it useful.
For owner-operated businesses with genuine work to show, accessible accounts and a straightforward enquiry process.
A bounded setup package
One mobile-friendly page, up to five sections.
Updates to two accessible social profiles and three approved starter posts.
One business-owned contact route, checked with you.
One Google profile setup or tidy-up, where eligible, with verification preparation.
Honest review-request materials when a real review link is available.
Practical owner training, a short guide, one consolidated revision and capped seven-day clarification support.
You supply the facts. You keep ownership.
Your actual services, operating details, approved photos and access through appropriate account roles. We agree the scope, quote, timing and separate running costs before work.
Google approval remains an external dependency. Custom shops, payment systems, account recovery, paid ads and ongoing management need separate scope; they are not included by default.
Next step: tell Dan about your business and where customers get stuck. We'll discuss suitability and prepare an agreed quote.
01 / Get found
Accurate information, wherever customers look.
BLOSSOM BRIMS / CURRENT EXAMPLE
For Blossom Brims, the existing preview introduces handmade hats and Port Pirie. An actual Google Maps listing, business registration and social-profile ownership have not been verified.
LOCAL PRESENCE / PROPOSED DELIVERY
For an eligible business: check for an existing Google profile, agree the accurate name, category, location or service area, hours and owner access. Google controls verification. Online-only businesses may not qualify.
Owner’s part: Owner confirms the operating model and public details. A private home address is never used as a public example.
02 / Build trust
Show the work. Explain the process.
BLOSSOM BRIMS / CURRENT EXAMPLE
Explore the existing hat photographs and Blossom Signal style guide. These illustrate a design direction; they do not confirm stock, a final design or a price.
LOCAL PRESENCE / PROPOSED DELIVERY
Use owner-approved photos, clear product or service descriptions and consistent details across the webpage and two accessible social profiles. Prepare three factual starter posts.
Owner’s part: Customer checks the details, use of photos, current prices and any pickup or delivery information before publication.
03 / Enquire
A clear route to the right person.
BLOSSOM BRIMS / CURRENT EXAMPLE
Sally’s hat contact is not connected. The live Local Presence enquiry goes to Dan for business-support discussions; it does not place a hat order.
LOCAL PRESENCE / PROPOSED DELIVERY
For a customer business, connect and test its own approved phone, email or existing booking link. A copied design brief can help explain preferences.
Owner’s part: The owner confirms receipt of an agreed test. No new booking system, saved form or automatic response is implied.
04 / Agree and deliver
Enquiry → discussion → quote → agreed work.
BLOSSOM BRIMS / CURRENT EXAMPLE
A custom-hat enquiry would need a direction, occasion and desired timing. Sally would confirm the design, price and arrangements before an order. This is a proposed process, not an active order service.
LOCAL PRESENCE / PROPOSED DELIVERY
Keep a simple manual status routine: new enquiry, waiting for details, quote sent, accepted, in progress, completed. Record only real events.
Owner’s part: The business agrees availability, payment, pickup or delivery with its customer and performs the work. No invented lead time or delivery promise.
05 / Ask for feedback
Invite honest reviews after real service.
BLOSSOM BRIMS / CURRENT EXAMPLE
No Blossom Brims review link or verified reviews are available in this example. No review QR is connected.
LOCAL PRESENCE / PROPOSED DELIVERY
After a real eligible profile is available, test its own review link and QR. Invite genuine customers neutrally, without incentives or filtering by likely rating. Prepare up to five reply drafts from actual reviews.
Owner’s part: The owner approves replies and resolves concerns. Sample wording is not a testimonial.
06 / Hand over
A routine the owner can use independently.
BLOSSOM BRIMS / CURRENT EXAMPLE
This shows the proposed handover, not evidence of completed customer training or sales.
LOCAL PRESENCE / PROPOSED DELIVERY
Provide a personalised guide and 60-minute practical lesson. Owner practises preparing a factual post and reply. Include one consolidated revision and capped seven-day clarification support.
Owner’s part: Accounts stay with the owner. Record actual enquiries, delivery effort and unresolved dependencies. Clicks are not sales.
Email: dc.ian@outlook.com. Enquire first; scope and quote are agreed before work. Domain, hosting and running costs are discussed separately.
Business setup guidance
ABN, business-name registration and a Google Business Profile are different steps. We can help organise the information and explain the process; registration, eligibility and owner decisions still need checking. No forms or registrations are submitted by this demo.
Check the real operating model before preparing a profile. Google decides verification and visibility; rankings and enquiries cannot be guaranteed. A home address is not a public showcase asset.
Thanks for choosing Blossom Brims. If you would like to share your experience, we welcome your honest feedback.
Draft wording only. Add a tested review destination once the correct eligible profile exists. No fictional reviews or review QR codes.
A manageable handover
Owner-owned accounts, a short guide, practical training and a clear check of what works and what remains pending. No compulsory monthly management, custom CRM or sales promise.
Only actual enquiries and completed work count as outcomes.
The fictional Harbour Garden Care walkthrough is a separate training example. It is not a real customer listing or testimonial.
